Who can join as a supplier?

Licensed hotels, transport companies and Umrah companies inside Saudi Arabia, and licensed travel service companies in any other country

Can a company outside Saudi Arabia offer Umrah packages?

Umrah packages and ground services inside the Kingdom are limited to licensed Saudi companies. International companies offer services in their own countries, and their agencies can buy Umrah through the platform

Are there joining fees or commission?

We share the commission model with each supplier during verification

When and how do I get paid?

The settlement cycle and payment methods are set out in the supplier agreement before activation

Do I control my rates and inventory?

Yes. Suppliers set prices, inventory, seasons and cancellation terms for every service

What is the destination partner (DMC) programme?

A programme for selected companies acting as destination management company for their country on the platform, joined by invitation from Sidra Gate
