Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026

We respect your privacy and protect personal data in line with internationally recognised data protection principles, including lawfulness, transparency, data minimisation and purpose limitation. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights

1. Scope

This policy covers this website, its registration forms, and the platform services we provide to travel agencies and suppliers

2. Data we collect

  • Data you provide: agency or company name, contact name, email, phone number, country and city, licence or registration number, and service types
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs needed to run and protect the website
  • Booking data after launch: traveller details that an agency enters to complete a booking. The agency remains responsible for collecting them lawfully

3. How we use data

  • To review applications and verify agencies and suppliers
  • To contact you about your application, account or the launch
  • To provide platform services and complete bookings with suppliers
  • To protect the platform and prevent fraud and misuse
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • To improve the service using aggregated data that does not identify individuals

4. Legal basis

We process data on one or more of these bases: performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request before contracting; complying with legal obligations; our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, where your rights do not override it; and your consent where required

5. Sharing

  • We do not sell personal data
  • We share only what is necessary with: suppliers to complete bookings; technical service providers such as hosting, email and payments, under confidentiality and appropriate safeguards; and authorities where the law requires it

6. International transfers

Data may be processed or stored outside your country. Where this happens, we apply appropriate safeguards in line with applicable requirements

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and need-to-know access. No system is completely secure, and we handle any incident in line with applicable requirements

9. Your rights

  • Access your data and receive a copy
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion when there is no legal need to keep it
  • Object to or restrict processing where the law allows
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country

10. Cookies and third-party services

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. If you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy

11. Children

Our services are for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data through this website

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with its date
