1. Definitions

• Platform: this website and its booking system
• Agency: a licensed travel business using the platform to book for its clients
• Supplier: a business offering travel services through the platform, such as hotels, transport and packages
• Services: the travel products offered on the platform

2. Eligibility and accounts

• The platform is for licensed businesses only and does not serve individual travellers directly
• You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account
• We may refuse any registration or suspend any account where we suspect a breach of these terms or the law

3. Nature of the service

• The platform is a technology intermediary between agencies and suppliers. Travel services are provided by suppliers under their own responsibility
• Agencies deal with their travelling clients independently and remain responsible for that relationship

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown at the time of search and may change until a booking is confirmed
• Agencies set their own selling prices at their own responsibility
• Payment, deposit, credit and settlement terms are set out in the agreement with each agency or supplier

5. Bookings and cancellations

• Each booking is subject to the supplier’s terms shown at the time of booking, including cancellation, amendment and no-show policies
• Agencies are responsible for accurate traveller details and for checking travel documents, visas and health requirements

6. Supplier obligations

• Suppliers must keep their content, prices and availability accurate and their licences valid
• Suppliers must deliver confirmed services as described and to the stated standard

7. Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• You may not scrape, copy or resell content without written permission
• You may not attempt to disrupt the platform or gain unauthorised access to its systems or other accounts

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the website, platform, design, marks and content are reserved. Using them gives you no ownership rights

9. Limitation of liability

• The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for suppliers’ failure to deliver their services, or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms or the law, or from the data you provide

11. Force majeure

Neither party is in breach if performance is prevented by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government action or network outages

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling open bookings and amounts due

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to use the platform means you accept them

14. Governing law

The governing law and the forum for disputes are set out in the service agreement signed with each agency or supplier
